The MG1000-450B-A™ has an integrated long-life 450LM LED Array (Equal to a 40-Watt Light Bulb) with “EMI SUPPRESSION” in an affordable, energy saving security lighting solution with built-in Photo Sensor that will Arm and Disarm automatically while in Motion Security Mode.
The fixture has “POLARITY GUARD™” to ease the difficulty of the installation by Correcting the Polarity in the RV Automatically if needed and my Newest Version of “INTELA-SENSOR™” that alerts when the coach battery is at or below 11.5 Volts by Blinking a RED LED (Fixture is powered by the Coach Battery).

Installation was very easy. Flick scare light switch on and light is always on. Flick scare light switch off then on again and it works as a motion light only if it senses it’s dark out. Light is bright but not too bright. The motion sensor is adjustable and works great. The color temp is 6500k so it puts out a daylight looking color. Highly recommend buying the mounting plate if you don’t want to drill more holes in the side of your RV.

I installed these to replace a competitor’s RV motion sensor light. That one worked well enough, but (my fault) I accidentally shattered the plastic motion sensor screen on that one, so when I shopped for a replacement and saw this MG1000, I decided to try it out.
The footprint of this one is a little larger than what it was replacing, which is nice in my case because it covers up some old silicon residue from the original light.
This light is far brighter than the one it replaced, and right out of the box, the motion sensing required zero adjustments and is able to easily activate when motion is anywhere in the vicinity where I’d want it to activate.
