Payment Policy

• We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card and American Express.

Order Processing Time

• Most orders are processed and shipped within one business day after approval of funds. Should an item be Out of Stock will notify you promptly, at which time you will have the option to cancel the order. On all cancellations please allow 7-9 days for the funds to show up in your account.

• Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout prior to placing the order based on the following guidelines.

• For shipments to Canada RV LED Lites uses Ground Delivery. For these retail orders inside Canada allow 5 – 7 Business days for delivery. (call for ground shipping estimate)

• You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you the customer. We have no control over customs duties or import fees and cannot predict their cost. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Sales Tax (Arizona Orders Only!)

• Sales tax is charged to Arizona shipping addresses ONLY! The sales tax for Arizona shipping addresses will be added to the invoice following the submittal of the order. A Tax rate of 8.5% will be applied to both the purchase price and Shipping & Handling charges.

Return Policy

• Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days from the date of purchase. We’ll gladly replace it or give you a full refund (less shipping). For returns that are exchanged for other products please note that there will be added return shipping costs.
• The following conditions must be met to obtain a full refund:
  • Merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
  • All original supplied packaging must be included and undamaged.
  • Original manufacturer’s warranty cards, manuals and paperwork must be blank and packaging in resalable condition (un-damaged).
  • RV LED Lites is not responsible for returns or warranty requests for those products purchased by third parties or distributors.
  • Mail Returns To: RV LED Lites, 340 W 32nd street, Ste 652, Surprise, AZ 85364.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Insurance and a tracking number are highly recommended, as RV Led Lites will not assume responsibility for the returned item until it arrives at our warehouse.
